ACT approved for funding from NDIT to expand adaptive trails

ACT was approved for $95,000 of funding from NDIT yesterday! This funding will allow ACT to offer a gentle, welcoming trail experience for families, seniors, and users of adaptive mobility equipment.

Specifically, this funding will be used to extend the Lower Edgewater Adaptive trail system from 1100 to 3700 metres, connect the staging staging area and the Troll Lake Climbing Trail (no more road riding!!!), create two short trails to provide safe, controlled practice opportunities for cyclists new to adaptive cycling equipment.
